There were comfortable beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven inside the room. The stuff were pleasant and supportive, a real pleasure to deal with. The position of the hotel was great, close to all shops and restaurants...

The apartment had a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a cozy sitting area. the staff was friendly overall. 😊.

we truly enjoyed the hotel, its marvellous and stunning location and extremely helpful staff. heathrow terminals 2 & 3 tube station was 5 min away. our stay there was wonderful.

Plus, it's directly opposite the ski lifts, so I was on the slopes in no time. The ski slope itself is also just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for skiing.

The apartment was not fully equipped as advertised. There were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen, and we had to purchase our own.

I had a fabulous stay at Les Balcons De Recoin - Chamrousse. The location was amazing, with close proximity to the main ski lifts. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the 2nd floor and the cozy terrace that provided plenty of sunlight. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a summer stay in the mountains.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes just opposite the main gondola. We also enjoyed being able to walk to nearby ski hire, ski pass purchase, restaurants and shops, all within two minutes. One of the best aspects was the good heating, which kept us warm and toasty after a long day of skiing.

While we enjoyed the location and amenities, some aspects of the hotel were a bit disappointing. The towels provided were quite small and the decor was slightly dated, with peeling paintwork and holes in the curtains.
